This is a Singapore company, established in 2001 under the brainchild of Susie Tay, who was inspired by her then-newborn niece to create and design baby and children’s wear that reflect the design sense of Asians today.
A few weeks back, I told hubby that I would like to shop for kids CNY clothing since the year end sales were on. I walked into LIFEbaby shop and the shop was also having sales. I must said the two malay sales girls there did a fantastic job.
They first introduced me to the range of clothes with 50% discount. The clothing was very nice and the price after the 50% discount was reasonable. I decided to let Jaden to try on the above white set (on the right). Jaden looked extremely cool on it and its suitable for CNY too. Then, I wanted another set, not exactly the same but with the same theme, for Jared. I finally bought the above 2 sets.
Left (for Jared): White top (after 50% discount, RM36), White bottom (after 10% discount, RM64.80)
Right (for Jaden): White top (after 30% discount, RM57.40), White bottom (after 10% discount, RM64.80).
I also like this red set for Jaden. He looked really cool and patriotic on it. White top (after 50% discount, RM41) and red bottom (after 10% discount, RM65.70).
I got the same theme set for Jared but with reverse colour. Red top (after 50% discount, RM41) and white bottom (after 10% discount, RM65.70).
These are really cool and cute, especially Jaden's pants. It looked like my yoga pant with 3/4 length.
I spent in total RM436.40 for the above 4 sets of clothing for Jared and Jaden. This time round, the salesgirl advised me to top up to RM500 to obtain life time membership to LIFEbaby, which entitle to 10% discount on future purchases.
I looked around the shop and I found this set for Jaden. Both of them were on 50% discount, from RM171 discounted to RM85.50.
Even the plastic bag was cool.
No wonder the tagline for LIFEbaby is "the hip store for the cool little people".

It is nice to shop for your own kids isn't it? I felt so happy buying for Hayley, much happier than buying for myself. I already bought her 6 sets of clothes for CNY and I don't plan to stop if I see something that I like. And I have not even bought anything for myself yet.. hahaha.
I also bought a few pieces of CNY clothes from this shop for Athan. But in Gardens, Midvalley, they don't have so many choices. I only managed to get the same top you got for Jared for Athan and as for the pants i have to get one from the new arrival. i think i also got the orange top that you got for Jaden but in white instead. I think we are going to make our son look real cool this coming CNY!! :)
I think the LIFEbaby at Gardens have more choices than the smaller outlet in 1 Utama.
Yes, they look really cool. Hubby suggested to get thong to go with these outfit but I thought you'll look too casual for CNY.
